Legal & responsible use
Terms & Conditions.
Effective 29 September 2026
Clause 01
AI estimates and research limits
UnFasten uses artificial intelligence to prepare research reports. Scores, verdicts, summaries, product details, alternatives, and other findings may be AI-generated estimates. They can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
A report is not a live product inspection, certification, legal finding, or guarantee about a brand, seller, product, or material. When reliable public information is limited, UnFasten may provide a clearly labelled estimate based on available context and general knowledge.
Clause 02
Verify before relying
Use UnFasten as a starting point, not as the only basis for a purchase, investment, legal claim, public accusation, or other important decision. Check the linked original reports, current product labels, brand disclosures, and independent sources before relying on a finding.
A link in a report does not mean that its publisher endorses UnFasten, and a source may change, move, or become unavailable after a report is created.
Clause 03
Acceptable use
You may use UnFasten for lawful personal, educational, and research purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, or use its output to harass, defame, deceive, or unlawfully harm another person or organisation.
Clause 04
Editorial content and ownership
UnFasten’s original design, writing, and branding remain its property unless stated otherwise. Brand names, trademarks, reports, and linked materials belong to their respective owners. You may quote short portions with clear attribution, but may not present UnFasten content as your own.
Clause 05
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnFasten is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a report, a third-party website, or unavailable service.
Clause 06
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the research service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version will always appear on this page.
